📡 One rule that applies to every broadcast you send
Every broadcast is scoped to a city. The composer pre-fills the City field with your assigned city automatically — so most of the time you can leave it alone. Just verify it's correct before tapping Send. If you intentionally want a message to reach every city (Admin / Manager only, in practice), clear the field manually.
